ຕອນບ່າຍຂອງມື້ນີ້ (21/11/2013) ທີມງານວິທະຍຸ-ໂທລະພາບໄວໜຸ່ມ ໄດ້ລົງລະດົມການຊ່ວຍເຫລືອ ຈາກຄູອາຈານ ແລະ ນັກຮຽນ ທີ່ມັດທະຍົມປາຍຈັນທະບູລີ....







ຂອບໃຈຄູ-ອາຈານ ແລະ ນ້ອງໆທຸກຄົນ ທີ່ໄດ້ມີສ່ວນຮ່ວມໃນການບໍລິຈາກຄັ້ງນີ້...ຫາກວ່າໃຜຍັງມີ ສິ່ງທີ່ຕ້ອງການບໍລິຈາກອີກ ຕິດຕໍ່ພວກເຮົາເດີ້.....

ມື້ວັນທີ່ 20/11/2013 ທີມງານ ເປີດໃຈໄວຫນຸ່ມ ໄດ້ໄປລົງ ເຮັດກິດຈະກຳສ້າງຄວາມມ່ວນຊື່ນ ແລະ ລະດົມທຶນກັບນ້ອງໆຢູ່ໂຮງຮຽນມັດທະຍົມຕົ້ນບ້ານສີໄຄ ເຊິ່ງ ນ້ອງນັກຮຽນ ແລະ ຄູອາຈານ ແມ່ນໃຫ້ຄວາມຮ່ວມ ມືດີຫຼາຍໆ ພ້ອມທັງ ບໍລິຈາກ ອຸປະກອນການຮຽນ ແລະ ເງິນນສົດ ເປັນມູນຄ່າ 525,000 ກີບ (ຫ້າແສນສອງໝື່ນຫ້າພັນກີບ) ພ້ອມນັ້ນ ທີມງານເຮົາຍັງ ໄດ້ມີການຫລີ້ນເກມ ແຈກຂອງຂັວນ ລາງວັນຈາກລາຍການພວກເຮົານຳອີກ... ຂໍຊົມເຊີຍ ຄູອາຈານ ແລະ ນ້ອງນັກຮຽນໂຮງຮຽນມັດທະຍົມຕົ້ນສີໄຄ ຂໍ like ຊົມເຊີຍຮ່ວມກັນເດີ້...



ພວກນ້ອງໆເລົ່ານີ້ ປະຫຍັດເງິນຄ່າເຂົ້າໜົມ ພຽງໜຶ່ງວັນ ມາຮ່ວມບໍລິຈາກເພື່ອຝາກພວກ ເຮົາໄປຊື້: ປຶ້ມຂຽນ, ຕຳລາຮຽນ, ບິກ, ສໍ....ແກ່ເພື່ອນນັກຮຽນຂາດເຂີນກ່ວາ....ໂດຍສະເພາະ ສາມບ້ານ ທີ່ຢູ່ເມືອງເຟືອງ ແຂວງວຽງຈັນ...ຂອບໃຈຫລາຍໆ...

In 2012, US Embassy supported Youth Radio training in Vientiane capital for 13 provinces of Lao PDR. They also provide some fund for capacity building of one provincial youth radio. LNR suggested refreshing train Luangnamtha youth radio since this is UNICEF learning zone.

Therefore the Lao National Radio is planning to organize youth radio listener group training in Luangnamtha province. At the same time, Youth Radio and TV team from central would like to organize a TV training for young TV presenters in Luangnamtha based on Annual Workplan 2013

Therefore trainings on youth TV and puppetry were organized in Luangnamtha from 19 – 22 April 2013 for young people with support from US Embassy and UNICEF. At the same time three Northern provinces (Bokeo, Oudoamxay and Houaphan) also expressed their interest to attend the trainings. The Information, Culture and Tourism of these three provinces contribute some cost for travelling and perdiem for their participants…

...Participants were divided into 2 groups: Youth TV and puppetry….

The TV training started with showing a sample of youth TV from Vientiane Capital and Houaphanh province. After that we introduce draft ECD TV and then discuss about the TV format for Luangnamtha 

During the last day of the training, participants have the changes to go to Ban Nakham, Sing district of Luangnamtha province to meet with listener groups and perform puppetry, practice news gathering for radio and TV. 

Next step:

1.      Luangnamtha youth TV should practice more and launch the first youth TV

2.      Luangnamtha, Bokeo, Oudomxay and Houaphan provinces should produce more puppets after the training, write new short drama  and rehearse and be able to perform in rural village during outreach activity

 .      Lao National Radio will continue to technically support only provincial youth TV and puppetry by phone

 .      Youth radio team in Southern provinces also request for puppetry training.
